Re: Harry Kane
This prick sums up modern football.
He'd never of worn a spurs shirt again back in the 70/80s after the stroke he's pulled.
All a bit pathetic.
Imagine Paul Ince tweeting that to us??? 🤣

Re: Harry Kane
Spurs just realised the play better without him. Shame Southgate didn't realise the same during the euros

Re: Harry Kane
Funny old feeling that this ain't ending well for either party

Levy will be kissing goodbye to his dirty lucre, Kane is a depreciating asset by age and alternatives

Kane will be pissed off and suspect he may be more susceptible to injury

Fast forward a year and there will be £50m off that asking price having paid the bloke £10m - nice

Re: Harry Kane
Whatever Levy sells him for eventually is all profit. He’s their best hope of winning something, and they wouldn’t be able to replace him.

Re: Harry Kane
Levy has used his usual tactic of holding out for stupid money.
Knowing that Kane and his equally mong brother have been ridiculously naive in not having a buyout clause in the contract he signed a couple of years ago.
Naive and incompetent.

He is now stuck there chasing the sub InterToto European PLATE they are in.
Think Man City got cold feet over a 28yo with WEAK ANKLES who plodded through the latter stage of the Euros.
Imagine the prospect of HAALAND's buyout becoming £75m (or is it 75m Euros?) next summer probably now looks more tempting.

Re: Harry Kane
Just seen the BBC headline "Kane says he's staying at spurs"

Hahaha!! Kane says does he? I don't think so!

Play for a big club, he wants to play for a big club....

Re: Harry Kane
It's not really a shock is it. Kane is on a win win in many ways, as if he leaves for somewhere like City he will retire with trophy's on his mantlepiece, if he stays put he will most likely break all records at Spurs and go down as their greatest ever player and be immortal with a statue outside, etc.

Re: Harry Kane
Man City would have been better off chasing lukaku

Kane now runs the very real risk of never winning anything in his career. He’s 28. The next couple of seasons should see him at his peak. But are teams really going to spend the money Spurs want on a player who may not have 5 or 6 years left at the top level?

Undeniably a great player, but not so much of the system isn’t perfect for him. He scored goals at the World Cup and then the euros, but his overall performances weren’t that great. I’m not sure he’s what Man City really need

Re: Harry Kane
Great news for anyone who doesn't like Haringey FC.

They are left with an ageing, slowing player who will start getting injured more regularly and whose production is about to fall off a cliff along with his value.

he'll be happy until the next tantrum, when he realises another season goes by without a trophy

Hopefully his ankle goes again and Levy is wishing he hadn't been so greedy

Re: Harry Kane
Levy must be over the moon. He now got a depreciating asset (Who doesn’t want to be there.) That he has pay £200k per week plus a debt of £1 billion burning a hole in his trousers. That’s how build a tough negotiator image.

An amusing and engaging diversion for the Summer and nothing more.

His 'performance' at the Euros moved his value along a decimal place.

Re: Harry Kane
I must admit to feeling a bit sorry for Harry Kane. He heads the ball a lot and is at extreme risk of dementia, which involves the dying off of brain cells, as he hasn't got too many to start with.
